Advertising options
|
There are three options when advertising your home for sale:
1. £99 – your property stays on the site until sold* (See bottom of this page). This option includes all the features listed in Features of KHA and our professional, personalised For Sale board
2. £89 – as 1 above, without the For Sale board
3. £35 – your property stays on the site for one month. You will receive all the features as listed in features of KHA and have the option to buy the For Sale board for £15.00. You can renew your advert at the end of the month and if you pay for three months consecutively, your advert will stay on the site until sold*. Click here for more details of this option.
Remember, the advertisement fee is all you pay, we never charge any commission on your sale.
Advertising with kenthouseads.co.uk should not affect a sole agency agreement, so you can use us alongside an agent if you wish. We advise you to inform your agent you are advertising elsewhere, to avoid any confusion when you sell privately.
You now need to commission a Home Information Pack before you can market your property, unless it was already on the market before the various deadline dates for your size of property.

Advertising is easy
It really is simple; we have worked hard with our web designers to ensure the site is user friendly.
However, we do understand some people will not want, or for any number of resons, cannot, enter an advert themselves so we will do it for you at no additional charge if you wish. Click here for details
Your first step will be to register with us, once you have registered, you can add your property via your member area using your log in.
Fill in the boxes for basic details, postcode, price, number of bedrooms etc and add your description.
You are then ready to upload your pictures. If you do not have your pictures saved on your computer you can send them to us, either on a disc or in hard format and we will upload them for you.
You will then need to pay for your advert. You can pay oline with credit card, debit card or a PayPal account. Alternatively send us a cheque or postal order, payable to Stetra Limited (Our address is in 'Office hours). Once payment has been received your advert will go live on the site.
If paying by Cheque or postal order do not click on the activate button as this takes you to the online payment page.
Your home will be given a unique reference number; this will appear on your For Sale board, if you have elected to have one, enabling potential purchasers to search specifically for your home. Once your advert is activated you can access it from your members area and change any part of your advert, as often as you feel necessary, completely free of charge. In the members area you will also be able to see how many times your advert has been viewed and how many email enquiries you have had.
You do not have to complete your advert in one go, click on the 'update' button at the bottom of the page and your advert will be saved in your members area until you are ready to finish it.
*Advertisers are required to contact us via email at 6 monthly intervals to renew their advert. This is to ensure the site is up to date for buyers. There is, of course, no charge for renewing your advert with the 'Until sold' option or after 3 consecutive months are paid for with the monthly option.
