- Upload as much written information about your home as you feel is necessary.
- Up to six pictures to showcase your home.
- Full control over your advert, edit your advert and change pictures whenever you feel it is necessary, any time of the day or night.
- Hits counter and email enquiries counter in your own members area.
- You will be given a kenthouseads email account for enquiries, so you do not receive spam email and unwanted contact to your personal email.
- Your advert will also appear on our partner sites:

- Office hours from 2pm until 8.30pm to cover the times when you are most likely to be advertising your home, so if you have any queries you can talk to one of our team.
- Automated emails will be sent to buyers registered with the site informing them a home has been added that matches their search criteria.
- We have arranged a preferred Home Information Pack provider to make it easy for you to obtain all the documentation you will need to market your home. There is, of course, an extra charge to the provider for this service but you are not obliged to use them if you have your own arrangements.
