1. Full address, including postcode of the property you wish to add.

2. The title you would like for your advert i.e Spacious town centre flat.

3. Contact telephone number you wish to appear in your advert.

4. The council authority the property is within (for our map search feature)

5. Type of property i.e House, cottage, Bungalow, flat, park home etc

6. Your asking price

7. Your email address (if applicable)

8. Number of bedrooms

9. Ownership i.e Freehold, leasehold.

10. Whether the property has a garden, balcony, roof garden, other or none

11. What parking arrangements - garage, off road, other or none.

12. Any additional features of your property i.e Double glazing, sea views, rural setting etc.

13. A description of your property, pointing out the best features, it is probably best to include room sizes. You can add as much or as little description as you please, it's up to you.

14. Up to six photographs of your property, preferably on a CD, most supermarkets now put pictures onto a disc for you. Hard format photographs are, however fine if you prefer.

15. Payment, (£89.00 for the until sold option or £35.00 for the monthly option) via cheque made payable to: Stetra Limited.
